Orthopaedic Surgical Specialists (OSS) have a new office located in the Telo Medical Center in Torrance,California. This is located off of Lomita Blvd, just north of Torrance Memorial Medical Center.

• Picture Identification
• Health Insurance Card
• Completed Office Forms (there are eight pages total)
• Imaging studies and results (x-rays, MRI’s, CT’s) of your current condition
• Medication list, especially pain or anti-inflammatory medications
